What if I lose a lid?

Call or email and I will send you another.

In January, when the fragrances change, will you update the stacks?

Yes, I will have a kit for those of you who already have the "Big Stack" or the "Whole Enchilada." You will simply replace the changed fragrances with the new ones and apply the labels to match.

Some of the wax seems low in the jars. Why aren't they all filled completely?

When you are sampling the fragrances, you are actually smelling the air around the wax rather than the wax itself. I try to keep enough air in the jar so the fragrance is actually stronger for the customers, without compromising the color.

Can I purchase individual lids for my fragrances?

Yes, you can order a set of lids for each individual fragrance in the Whole Enchilada on the purchase page.
